Dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) is a chronic, polymorphic, pruritic skin disease that develops mostly in patients with latent gluten-sensitive enteropathy. Dermatitis herpetiformis (DH), originally described by Louis A. Durhing, is a chronic, very pruritic skin disease, typically characterized by grouped, 1- to 3-mm large papules, seropapules, vesicles, small blisters, crusted erosions, and excoriations. |
내용:
Dermatitis herpetiformis(포진형피부염:DH)은 만성, 다형성, 가려움성피부질환으로 글루텐민감성 장 질환을 가지고 있는 환자에게서 주로 발생한다.DH는 1~3mm의 큰구진, 소포, 작은 물집, 딱딱한껍질이 있는 미란, 표피박리가있는 매우 가려운 피부질환 이다.
