The term gluten-related disorders (GRD) refers to a spectrum of diverse clinical manifestations triggered by the ingestion of gluten in genetically susceptible individuals. They include both intestinal and extraintestinal manifestations. Gluten ataxia (GA) is one of the commonest neurological manifestations of GRD. GA usually presents with pure cerebellar ataxia or rarely ataxia in combination with myoclonus, palatal tremor, opsoclonus-myoclonus. |
내용:
글루텐 관련 장애 (GRD)라는 용어는 유전적으로 감수성이있는 개체에서 글루텐 섭취에 의해 유발되는 다양한 임상 증상을 나타낸다. 이들은 장 및 외상 발현을 모두 포함한다. 글루텐 운동 장애 (Glutenataxia :GA)는 GRD의 가장 흔한 신경 증상 중 하나로 대개 소뇌성운동실조증과 함께근육간대경련, 구개음떨림, 안구간대경련이 나타난다.
